As it was written

Sometimes we get inspired and chase dreams,

Sometimes we forget what brings us joy

So we get lost in a maize

We keep hoping that one day will come when our journey truly begins.

Our journey has begun

This story dates back almost a decade.

I went through school pretty much indifferent, one thing was certain I could never be a good employee.  A fire was burning inside, it was a very creative flame, the type that journeys you through the road less traveled. 

Back in 2003  I wrote my first business plan which was to open a restaurant in the states, I knew I couldn’t just walk into a bank and ask for a loan so I did the next best thing, started a business to raise more money for this business.

What I have learnt along the way is branding is everything and there is no such thing as a small business. :)

Fast forward to 2011.  Solid 8 yrs after the initial plan and a new continent, the time was now. I became more aggressive with my passion and shared ideas with my cousin  who believed in the idea and we decided to start.

So a new business plan was written, skeletal compared with the first plan, a lot of assumptions some compromises  as well but we always knew where we wanted to be.

2012 the magic happened and the stars aligned and an all star team is built.

An amazing location was secured and renovation work started shortly after lease was signed.

As you can imagine a few head aches here and there, but like a championship fighter we got our a game on and we know it’s a quick 12 rounds for us.
