Nigeria is one of those countries where shit often hits the ceiling. Too many fires to quench from staffing have the wrong ideas to agencies expecting you to read minds and play poker with them and to associations flexing hoping to become bigger rogues.
One of those days man, the system is letting a brother down. lets see how it goes, I may be able to speak more on this new hiccup once resolved but it sucks.
Sometimes we get inspired and chase dreams, Sometimes we forget what brings us joy so we get lost in a maize and we keep hoping that one day will come when our journey truly begins. Our journey has begun Opposite B20 wole Olateju Crescent lekki phase 1 08100000899 Best BBQ in Lagos

journeyss
Today was a good day.. we are still searching for the right
staffing mix, seems like its going to be an uphill challenge but we are pushing
along swell.
Electric work should be done today.I am yet to see it.
Fumigation was done
on Saturday but you can imagine we will need to do that very often..
We should be building a little fence tomorrow. Yippie. exciting times ahead of us.
I spent a good portion of today learning more about the art
of BBQ and sharing the info with with our cook, to say the least there is a
huge learning curve ahead of her. I am sure she is a trooper

The Bad Boys
if you cant beat them, create them. The idea behind this grill was to make a hybrid of a smoker and a grill. we figured we needed something big enough to cook for a large party if need be

Hercules's Gate
so there was this gate, we had to move out of our spot. How heavy could it be you ask? thats exactly my thought.
Initially we had a lot of back and fourth, whose responsibility it was to move the gates. After we agreed it was the management, a few times we came back and the gates weren't moved. Horrible eye sore so i decided to take matters into my hands at most we need about 4 folks to move the gates. (Wish i took more pictures), the first guys who came said they wanted to be paid about n15,000 to move the gates the length of a football field. long story short another crew of guys came and they agreed to about 1k per person and the count went from 4 to 7 guys and they still struggled with the gate.
